Well there are many ways to do this and here is one of them. Summ E-hero Prisma activate eff and send E-hero Neos to grave then use Wrath of Neos on Prisma. All cards on the field will be destroed after that use O-oversoul bringing Neos back. Using Assault armor and removing it to the graveyard that gives your Neos a double atk so -5000 LP more then a half of opponents LP is gone. Then you can attack, and after battle phase, use tempest effect to remove them all and inflict new damage to opponent.
If you have Arcanite magician / assault mode, it can be much better as you can destroy all opponents cards and then attack directly.
